Award for team of the week does not include monday teams in norway
挪威联赛每周最佳阵容没有包括星期一的比赛（BUG内容：挪威（包括丹麦）联赛现实中做了赛程调整，每轮有1场比赛放在下一周的周一，但游戏中每周最佳阵容的评选把这1场比赛算做了下 一轮的比赛）
